KOS One Year Parts and Labor Kiosk Warranty Coverage


KIOSTECH GROUP CO., LTD. hereby warrants every kiosk and all related components sold for a minimum of One Year or Extended TWO Year following the date of invoice or delivery, whichever occurs last. This warranty shall include expert technical phone support for troubleshooting assistance, training and simple return to factory replacement & repair.


While KOS uses the reliable and high quality components, extended warranty is a reasonably priced option we encourage our customers to purchase. And for your deployed kiosks continually working well, we advised you to purchase some main spare parts together with your bulk qty order with our best price for you. This may never delay to resolve any issue happened on the kiosk.
